After more than a year of not booking live shows, it feels good to have some coming up this summer. Click HERE to see my schedule of gigs. Including solo shows, shows with Cardboard Ox, and with my talented friend Garry Foisy.
Influenced by the recent deaths of people like George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, I wrote a song called My Skin. I don't have all of the answers about racism, race inequality, and police violence, but I am here to listen and learn more. And as a songwriter, I wanted to express and share my thoughts at this moment in time. I recorded a version of the song at Lion Recording Studios in Cranston, RI. I am offering an mp3 download of the song at a "name your own" price. I will be giving 100% of the sales of this song to the group DARE (Direct Action for Rights and Equality). You can find out more about DARE by clicking HERE. And you can purchase the song by going to my Music and Videos link above, or by clicking HERE. Thank you!
Click on the Shows link above to get details on all upcoming gigs that are happening so far this year. Including my duo Cardboard Ox opening for Mason Jennings at the Greenwich Odeum on March 13, the RI Folk Festival later in August, a couple of fun Songwriters in the Round shows, and plenty of solo shows too. Hope to see many of you out there. Thanks for supporting live music!
Napoleon In Rags
Big show coming up at the Greenwich Odeum in East Greenwich, RI on January 25, 2020. My musical partner Tracie Potochnik and I will be playing an opening set for the award winning group Forever Young. We are billed as Napoleon In Rags and will be performing the songs of Bob Dylan as Dylan and Joan Baez would have played them.
